Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management/ Organizational Behavior

About the role

The Narendra Loomba Department of Management at the Zicklin School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior, starting in August 2027, contingent upon budget approval.

Qualifications

• Holds a PhD (or is ABD) in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated record of peer-reviewed scholarly publication targeting top-tier outlets such as UTD24 and FT50.
• Proven teaching experience in Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Experience in teaching Human Resource Management courses is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to teach in various modalities (in-person, online, hybrid).
• Interest in contributing to a pluralistic, urban environment.

Compensation

$169,000 - $184,700; commensurate with qualifications and experience.
