Assistant Pool Manager

Pay range: $16.36 - $19.64 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule

• Evening and Saturday shifts
• Subbing morning shifts
• Shift times:
  • Monday - Friday: 4:30 am - 9 am, 5 pm - 11 pm
  • Saturdays: 9 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm
• 1 to 2 shifts per week, primarily as a substitute

About the Role

This position assists the Assistant Aquatics Manager and the Aquatics Manager with day-to-day responsibilities, including supervising head lifeguards and lifeguards, handling staff disciplinary issues, lifeguarding, and performing administrative duties.

Requirements

• 2 years of work in aquatic facility management preferred
• Current Red Cross lifeguard certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• LGIT and WSIT certifications are a plus
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work with the public and other employees
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Good general health
• Employment is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test
