About the role
The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) Human Resources Office (HRO) seeks an Assistant Personnel Officer to drive strategies supporting employee personnel and payroll, policy development, and training while fostering a team dedicated to exceptional customer service.

- Develop and implement policies and training programs.
- Collaborate with control agencies (e.g., CalHR, SPB, SCO) and executive leadership to achieve HR and departmental goals.

Schedule
The Human Resources Office operates on a hybrid work schedule that aligns with the department's telework policy.
