The OSUMC Assistant Safety Officer ensures a safe environment for the facility, patients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies
- Maintaining and updating safety documentation and records
- Performing safety inspections and hazard assessments
- Conducting drills and safety training sessions for staff
- Investigating and reporting safety incidents and violations
Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED
- Licenses/Certifications: CHSP, CHEM BDLS, ADLS
- Experience: More than 5 years
