About the role

Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF) is working directly and indirectly for the socio-economic development of about two lakh people. As part of the ‘Sustainable Small Enterprises and Resilient Transformation (SMART)’ project, applications are invited from Bangladeshi nationals for a role under ‘Expansion of Value Added Fruits for Sustainable Growth and Introduction of RECP System’ and ‘Expansion of Imitation Jewellery for Sustainable Growth and Introduction of Assistant Technical Posts’.

The project is jointly funded by the World Bank, Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) and Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF), and aims to enhance resource-efficient and resilient green growth of Small Enterprises (MEs) under the high value crops (fruits) and enhance resource-efficient and resilient growth of Small Enterprises (MEs) under the Assistant Technical (Jewellery) sub-sector.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years
• Education: Diploma in Fashion Design
• Skills: microfinance, small business development, growth initiatives, SME, non-profit program development, strategic growth initiatives, entrepreneurship development, global business development, non-profit development
