Assistant Officer

About the role

Sell cattle feed products directly to retailers and small-scale resellers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Promote product benefits, usage, and special offers to customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Ensure product availability and proper display at retail outlets
• Coordinate with distributors and dealers for timely stock replenishment
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
• Submit regular sales and market reports to supervisors
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product return issues professionally
• Collect customer feedback regarding product performance and market demand
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years
• Education: Bachelor of Science
• Skills: sales support, sales management, sales targets, sales administration, retail management, domestic sales, channel sales, sales operations
