Assistant Pastry Chef

About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented Pastry Chef who shares a passion for food quality, customer service, and community. In this position you will join a dynamic team that creates a unique menu of over 40 fresh‑baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins made with honest, whole ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and pay close attention to detail to create one‑of‑a‑kind pastries and baked goods.
• Lift large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies (50 lb or more).
• Perform continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting.
