Assistant Nurse Manager - Trauma OR

Role Overview: This position is responsible for overseeing patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and statistical tracking within the operating room. It involves managing staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development to support department goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and evaluate staff, ensuring productivity aligns with operational objectives.Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes.Coordinate patient care based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, ensuring documentation compliance.Develop collaborative care plans and oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and communications.Conduct performance reviews, address disciplinary actions, and support staff development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.2-5 years of experience; preferred 5-10 years with prior supervisory experience.Current RN license; additional certifications may be advantageous.
