Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 30 nurses
• Oversee staff scheduling, interviewing, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
• Ensure delivery of patient care aligned with planned interventions
• Coordinate staff productivity and support departmental operational goals
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and resource management
• Lead staff communication and handle payroll and time management
• Facilitate staff development and maintain equipment
• Ensure compliance with policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Active RN license
• 2–5 years of nursing experience; 5–10 years preferred
• Less than 2 years of supervisory experience
• OR and leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment
