Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room
Position Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager assists with, facilitates, and communicates the patient’s plan of care to members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Also assists with human resource management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring. Is accountable for management of the division. Functions as manager in the absence of the Nurse Manager. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience: Previous Operating Room nursing experience
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
