Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
• Contribute to staffing, budgeting, and ensuring operational goals are met.
• Provide high-quality, age-appropriate patient care, documenting interventions and creating collaborative care plans.
• Manage staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, handle payroll, and oversee staffing needs and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure departmental compliance with policies and support staff scheduling and communication.
• Maintain equipment and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Diploma/Associate's in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience; leadership experience preferred.
