Assistant Nurse Manager - Neonatal ICU

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate staff performance, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Participate in developing departmental staffing and budget goals, ensuring adherence and responding to operational changes.
• Oversee patient care interventions, ensuring they meet age and developmental needs, and document according to policy.
• Handle staffing logistics, including scheduling, overtime assignments, payroll reconciliation, and staff communication.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years RN experience in Neonatal ICU; supervisor experience preferred for advanced roles.

Schedule
