• Coordinate patient care based on assessments, age, and developmental needs, ensuring documentation and collaboration on care plans.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and communication; assign nursing tasks and manage overtime requests.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives, conduct disciplinary actions, and support staff professional development.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure high standards of patient care, maintain operational efficiency, manage staff performance, and support department budget and staffing planning.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
