About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a 42-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit. This role involves managing staff, supporting daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Develop and monitor staffing, productivity, budget adherence, and operational goals.
• Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and coordination of care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Lead staff scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary processes.
• Promote a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment while ensuring compliance in all operations.

Requirements

• BSN required; active RN license.
• 2+ years of RN experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in ICU and staff supervision is advantageous.
