Role Overview
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a registered nurse responsible for overseeing clinical and operational activities during assigned shifts.
Key Duties
- Supports planning, organizing, and evaluating unit services
- Manages clinical and non-clinical caregivers
- Ensures compliance with professional standards and regulations
- Implements policies and clinical priorities
- Coaches, mentors, and collaborates to deliver quality patient care

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS or BSN) or equivalent
- Alaska RN license and BLS certification
- Preferred experience in acute care, charge nurse roles, leadership, and shared governance
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
