Responsibilities
- Providing clinical and administrative leadership within the unit

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; BSN required; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum two years of clinical RN experience; leadership experience preferred
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
- Successful completion of skills validation and leader training
- Certifications specific to the unit and department; training in restrictive interventions within 3 months
