Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during shifts
• Assist with patient flow, staffing, and unit support
• Promote quality care and patient satisfaction
• Provide leadership support, conflict resolution, and team collaboration
• Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and leadership

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required; BSN and graduate degrees preferred
• Minimum of two years clinical RN experience; leadership experience preferred
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• Completion of facility-specific curricula within 3 months for certain units
• Successful completion of skills validation, competency testing, and leader training
