About the role

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports clinical excellence by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. They assist the Nurse Manager in maintaining safety, quality, and service standards, functioning as a staff nurse or relief charge nurse when needed, and assuming leadership responsibilities as delegated.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
  • Current Texas nursing license and CPR certification
  • Certification in a specialty area or willingness to obtain within one year
