About the role
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports clinical excellence by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. They assist the Nurse Manager in maintaining safety, quality, and service standards, functioning as a staff nurse or relief charge nurse when needed, and assuming leadership responsibilities as delegated.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
- Current Texas nursing license and CPR certification
- Certification in a specialty area or willingness to obtain within one year
