Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager- Polk County
About the role
As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM), you will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success. Your day will start between 9-10am in the assigned model home or sales office, where you will greet prospects and appointments, learn their home search priorities, and show available homes. You’ll maintain order by preparing and stocking brochure materials, auditing sales and marketing materials (including the website) for accuracy, and ensuring homebuyers have the information they need throughout the buying process.
Each week, you’ll communicate with customers to address questions about home progress, loan information, and more. You’ll also collaborate with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events and submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS. Your role is essential in maintaining the neighborhood’s appearance, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to the neighborhood’s sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and appointments in the model home, understanding their needs in the home search process.
- Maintain and audit sales and marketing materials, including website accuracy.
- Assist homebuyers with questions about home progress, loan information, and other inquiries.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and update listings on StanleyMartin.com and MLS.
- Ensure the sales office and model home are well-organized and presentable.
- Support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in achieving sales goals.
Requirements

- Detail-oriented to review marketing materials and sales contracts effectively.

- Ability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
- Proficiency in various software systems, including MS Office.
Preferred: Spanish language proficiency.
