Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager- Polk County
About the role
As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM), you will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in ensuring the sales office operates smoothly and successfully. Your day will begin between 9-10am in the assigned model home or sales office, where you will greet prospects and appointments, learn their home search priorities, and showcase available homes.
You will maintain the organization and accuracy of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, the website, and MLS listings. Throughout the homebuying process, you will assist customers by answering questions about home progress, loan information, and other needs. You will also collaborate with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and updates to prospective buyers.
Your role is key to ensuring the neighborhood presents well, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to the sales goals of the community.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and scheduled appointments in the model home or sales office.
- Assist homebuyers in identifying their needs and preferences during the home search process.
- Maintain and audit sales and marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and MLS listings, to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with customers weekly to address questions about home progress, loan information, and other concerns.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events and submit home listings to StanleyMartin.com and MLS.
- Support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in achieving neighborhood sales goals.
- Ensure the model home and sales office are well-presented and organized.
Requirements

- Eagerness and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Detail-oriented to effectively review marketing materials and sales contracts.

- Ability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
- Proficiency in various software systems, including MS Office.
Preferred: Spanish language proficiency (speaking and understanding).
