About the role

As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM), you will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in ensuring the sales office operates smoothly and effectively. Your day will begin between 9-10am at the assigned model home or sales office, where you will play a key role in setting up for success.

  • Greet prospects and appointments, learning their priorities in their home search and showing available homes.
  • Maintain organization by assembling and stocking brochure materials and auditing sales and marketing materials, including the website, to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist homebuyers throughout the buying process by answering questions about home progress, loan information, and more.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events and submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
  • Ensure the neighborhood looks its best and provide high-quality customer service to help achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in daily operations and sales activities.
  • Engage with prospects and homebuyers to understand their needs and guide them through available options.
  • Audit and maintain accuracy of sales and marketing materials, including digital platforms.
  • Communicate with customers weekly to address questions about home progress, loans, and other details.
  • Work with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and update listings.
  • Ensure the model home and sales office are presentable and customer-ready.
  • Use technical tools such as Salesforce DXC, Homebuilder One (HB1), and Microsoft Office Suite daily.

Requirements

  • Motivated by friendly competition and driven to hit sales goals.
  • Strong active listening, confidence, and respect in communication with others.
  • Experience using a customer service approach in previous roles.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Detail-oriented to review marketing materials and sales contracts effectively.
  • Organizational skills to track prospect outreach and sales needs.
  • Critical thinking to assess and respond to various situations.
  • Availability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
  • Proficiency in software systems, including MS Office.

Preferred: Spanish language skills (speaking and understanding).
