Team Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, drive membership sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success
• Enjoys starting conversations and can turn positive customer interactions into membership sign-ups
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license required

Pay

$58,000 – $65,000 annual salary (competitive base pay plus commission on membership sales).
