Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Rental Shop
- Support the Manager in opening/closing procedures, staffing assignments, and workflow management
- Maintain equipment inventory and monitor rental flow
- Supervise Rental Attendants, Leads, and support staff
- Provide coaching and support for adherence to policies and service standards
- Manage operational budgets and payroll
- Aid in training new employees
- Promote a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and operational SOPs
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Business area training or education preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in rental operations, outdoor recreation, retail, or hospitality
- Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
