Summary

The Assistant Branch Manager exercises control over branch functions in the absence of the Branch Manager, administering operations with an emphasis on sales production and quality service while ensuring safety, soundness, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential duties of a Personal Banker as required.
• Uncover customer needs through effective conversations and established bank sales processes.
• Record all customer activities in the relationship management system.
• Meet personal point goals using internal prospect lists and other bank sales processes.
• Participate in outbound call initiatives and maintain a weekly call goal.
• Generate lending opportunities, take consumer loan applications, and close approved loans.
• Identify business banking, mortgage, and investment partner referral opportunities.
• Participate in branch prospecting efforts for new business generation.
• Assist the Branch Manager with community and outside sales events.
