Sales Executive
Cartel Bros is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 2-4 years of sales experience in the liquor industry or FMCG sector.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling our range of premium spirits.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) segment, retail outlets, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information and recommendations.
- Execute brand promotions and marketing activities at the point of sale, ensuring brand visibility and effective merchandising.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including sales data, client feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements and new product launches.
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and effective product rotation.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, particularly those related to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience in the liquor industry or FMCG sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
