Assistant Manager - HR Tech

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HR processes and offer insights to improve efficiency through technology solutions.
• Provide support and training to HR staff and employees on existing and new HR systems.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Gather and analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the integrity of HR data.
• Remain updated on HR technology trends and innovations to recommend new tools that enhance HR service delivery.
• Participate in the development of HR metrics and reports for management.
• Create AI Agents to solve for Non-value add asks in HR processes.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.

Tools Required

• Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar systems).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello, Jira).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Basic understanding of relevant programming languages may be an advantage (e.g., SQL for data querying).
