Description
Description Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. But some managers also lead Departments. These managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
Responsibilities
Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food and service, manage food safety and costs, train kitchen staff, and oversee new menu items.
People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, ensure Crew get off to a good start, and motivate them throughout their time working there.
Requirements
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun, passionate about working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
Skills
Strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent communication and customer service skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
