Assistant Manager - $19.00-$21.00/hr

We are looking for a responsible, high-energy, positive, customer-service-driven Assistant Manager to join a team with a long-standing reputation for serving high-quality meat, deli, and BBQ items. The Assistant Manager organizes and leads work shifts in the absence or presence of the General or Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure all employees deliver quality customer service.
• Direct all work activity for counter personnel during shifts, including training and instruction.
• Assist in the training of new employees.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and customer service provided by counter personnel to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Enforce company policies verbally and report any problems or concerns to management.
• Open or close the restaurant as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Management experience.
• Obtain a Food Handler Card.
