About the role

We are now hiring Assistant Managers to work in our growing fitness franchise, Workout Anytime! The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping members and potential members explore and find the best wellness features that benefit them.

Responsibilities

• Generate new club memberships through marketing activities, referrals, and club tours.
• Identify and sell the value of our club’s amenities and services to potential members.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and demands, including maintaining club cleanliness.
• Train and coach others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
• Manage and oversee the retention strategy and fitness programming goals.

Requirements

• Consistently generate new club memberships through various marketing activities and referrals.
• Quickly identify and close potential member sales using solution-selling techniques.
• Thrive in a competitive sales environment while maintaining a cohesive team atmosphere.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and demands.
• Train and coach others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
• Have proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
