Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will assist the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service at an automotive service location. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. You will develop work schedules, manage inventory, and support store audits to maintain a clean and secure environment. Additionally, you will help open and close the center, fostering a customer-focused atmosphere that encourages loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong communication skills in English, a high school diploma or equivalent, and schedule flexibility are required. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks is necessary.
