About the Role
The Assistant Service Center Manager acts as the right hand to the Service Center Manager, leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional car maintenance services and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and vehicle services
- Supervise daily operations
- Train team members
- Ensure adherence to company policies
- Build customer loyalty by maintaining excellent service standards
- Develop weekly work schedules
- Assist with inventory management
- Oversee store safety and cleanliness
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in using KPI data for performance monitoring
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various environments
