The Assistant Manager position at Showcase is a great opportunity to be part of our US expansion. This role brings out and fosters an entrepreneurial spirit, responsible for assisting in the growth of top line sales and creating a highly engaging and interactive in-store customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Outstanding personal sales
- Training sales associates
- A strong customer service environment
- Execution merchandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing
Requirements
- 2+ years Assistant Management experience with in retailer
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Available evening and weekends
