Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Service Center Manager supports the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, educate guests on services, and review recommended maintenance
• Supervise daily operations, train new employees, and build a high-performance team
• Maintain efficient work schedules, manage inventory, and assist with store audits
• Ensure safety protocols, open and close the center, and foster a secure environment

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build customer loyalty
• Experience in fast-paced settings, making sound judgments under pressure
• Competence in analyzing KPI data for performance improvement
• Schedule flexibility, with English fluency and a high school diploma or equivalent

Physical & Other Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
