Role Overview
As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include performing vehicle maintenance and educating guests, supervising daily operations, training new team members, and building customer loyalty. You will develop weekly work schedules, manage inventory, assist with store audits, and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to analyze KPI data
- Sound judgment
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and work in varied environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English
