Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service and vehicle maintenance. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and car services, supervising daily operations, training new team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty through excellent service, develop efficient work schedules, assist with inventory management, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. You will also lead safety audits and help open and close the center. Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service skills, and the ability to use KPI data for performance improvement. Must be fluent in English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various physical conditions. Schedule flexibility is preferred.
