Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. You will help build a high-performance team to deliver a trusted and efficient service experience, fostering customer loyalty and operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using KPI data to monitor performance and identify improvements is preferred. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various conditions. Key Duties: Lead team development, supervise daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, assist with inventory and audits, and support store opening and closing procedures.
