Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service at an automotive service center. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training and developing team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty through excellent service, manage work schedules, assist with inventory, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, a customer service mindset, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to use KPIs for performance monitoring, and schedule flexibility are essential. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled settings. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
