Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle, recommending tailored financial solutions
• Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, fostering a culture of growth
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities
• Clearly educate and inform customers on loan terms and optional products
• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment
• Ability to handle cash payments
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Associates or Bachelor's degree

Pay

Top performers in this role can earn up to $72,640 per year in total compensation, including bonus. Base pay starts at $19.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on skills and experience, with a bonus program offering up to an additional $1,200 every month based on performance.

Schedule

This is an on-site role with standard hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs.
