Responsibilities
- Models company culture, values, standards and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- Acts as manager of supported practice in Operations Manager's absence
- Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns team members to specific duties
- Works with team members to help develop successful patient communication skills and facilitates learning
- Supports and drives PDS’s mission and culture for their assigned location(s)
- Ensures adherence to cash management and accounting protocols
- Provides feedback regarding specific tactics that change financial and patient outcomes
- Ensures office is following PDS standards in respect to facility cleanliness and maintenance
- Leads and participates in daily huddles and all other meetings as required
- Ensures compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal and other regulatory bodies
- Supports Clinicians education and referrals regarding the Mouth-Body Connection
- Maintains an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies; addresses others professionally and respectfully
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields or dentistry, insurance, or business
