Assistant Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and leading the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects to clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers in best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver high-quality software products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development and management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
