Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance services and customer experiences. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and car maintenance, supervising daily operations, training new team members, and ensuring excellent customer service to build loyalty. You will develop weekly work schedules, assist with inventory management, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards through store audits. You will also help open and close the center, ensuring safety protocols are followed and team development is prioritized. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in monitoring KPIs, making sound judgments, and working in a fast-paced setting is essential. Flexibility for schedule needs, including weekends, and fluency in English are required. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments is necessary.
