Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team dedicated to delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and car services, supervising daily operations, training new team members, and ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards. You will build customer trust by providing excellent service, manage weekly work schedules, assist with inventory and store audits, and help maintain a clean and safe environment. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service sectors, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting, utilize KPI data for performance improvement, and demonstrate strong judgment under pressure is essential. Flexibility to work on weekends, along with high school diploma or equivalent, is required. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments is also necessary.
