Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training hourly staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on vehicle care, managing staff schedules, assisting with inventory and store audits, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will help build a high-performance team to deliver a trusted, quick service experience that fosters customer loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service roles. A customer service mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience using KPI data are essential. Flexibility for scheduling, high school diploma or equivalent, and physical ability to stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds are required. Fluency in English is necessary.
