About the role

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania seeks an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in managing the retail outlet, overseeing operations, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers, ensuring production and quality goals are achieved and sales expectations are met.
• Ensure the store operates efficiently by applying organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensure a positive image of the organization through the actions of all staff and retail facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 or more years’ experience in Management

Pay

Status: Regular, Full-time, Non-exempt
External Hiring Range: $19.00-$20.00/hour

Schedule

Local travel may be required.
