About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of store including inventory management, customer service, and employee supervision.
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure consistent service standards across all stores.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee store staff training and development programs.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
