Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of store teams
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with Goodwill policies
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and store performance
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall store operations
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Proven ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
