Assistant Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Ensure smooth shift operations.
• Support local store marketing efforts to meet sales and profit goals.
• Train and develop team members through performance initiatives.

Requirements

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• 18 years of age or older (or higher, per applicable law).
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Willingness to start work as early as 4 am.
• Maintain open availability to accommodate schedule changes or variations.
