Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in employee training.
- Affords assistance to the RGM in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and preparing weekly schedules.
- Affords support during high volume periods as required.
- Affords assistance in the administration of all necessary paperwork.
- Affords assistance in analyzing profit and loss statements and meeting sales targets.
- Affords assistance in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Affords assistance in understanding, enforcing, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Affords assistance in maintaining all company operations standards and compliance.
- Affords assistance in ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
- Affords assistance in maintaining a clean and safe facility at all times.
- Affords assistance in delivering consistent, high-quality products daily and every shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have 1 year of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices, and operational and human resources procedures.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Must be skilled in developing employees through coaching, counseling, and building strong work habits.
- Must continuously work to improve customer satisfaction.
- Must possess knowledge of recruiting and interviewing potential team members.
- Must be able to supervise others.

- Ensures that all health, safety, and sanitation requirements are met in accordance with Church's policies as well as federal, state, and local standards.
- Follows all cash and security procedures to maximize employee and customer safety.
- Maintains safe and obstruction-free dining and work areas.
