Requirements
- Hire, train, and schedule front of house team members
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Assist with food and beverage development and management
- Foster a culture of passion, teamwork, and dedication
- Lead, coach, manage, and mentor front of house team members
- Achieve restaurant standards in line with goals and philosophies
- Participate in management meetings, position meetings, and workshops
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks
- Manage facilities
- Handle restaurant financials and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage human resources
- Ensure food safety and sanitation
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
- Your personal and professional goals align with the organization
- You are competent in all front of house restaurant positions
- You are personable and results-driven
- You have a high degree of food and beverage knowledge
- You are self-starter and take initiative
- You are passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality
- You have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- You can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- You are available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Serve safe certification is preferred
