Requirements

• Strong background in swimming instruction or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (swimming, education, etc.)
• Teaching certification preferred but not required
• Experience working with children in a swim program or similar setting
